Trooper Chad Walker Obstacle Course

This event will take place on Saturday, April 12th at Port Aransas Beach with registration beginning at 7am.

All proceeds are going to benefit the Highway Memorial Signs Fund.

This annual obstacle course was created in honor of one of our fallen Troopers, Chad Walker.  Trooper Walker was shot on March 26, 2021, and later succumbed to his injuries.  Trooper Walker was stationed out of the Highway Patrol office in Corpus Christi from 2015-2016.  The course will consist of a 5K run for adults (13 yrs and older) and 1 mile run open to anyone, with multiple obstacles along the way including air squats, lunges, bear crawls and more.
